For all of our users who help us evaluate technology previews for customer interest and beta programs for customer readiness, we are aware that our beta site, feedback.autodesk.com, has an issue that prevents our customers from logging in with an error message:
'We were unable to contact the login system at this time. Please try again later.'
Based on the timing, I believe the problem is related to our move to support only TLS 1.2. The Autodesk security team strongly believes that continuing to support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 creates a security risk. The Autodesk Forge platform moved to TLS 1.2 and stopped supporting TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 on August 3, 2019, to align with industry best practices for security and data integrity. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a protocol that provides authentication, privacy, and data integrity between two communicating computer applications. My suspicion is that the integration between the Centercode platform and Autodesk's single sign-on authentication system needs to be updated to TLS 1.2, but this is just an educated guess.
The Centercode team who supports our feedback platform is helping our IT team investigate the issue. It will be corrected as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and continued interest in our technology preview and beta programs.
UPDATE: The problem has been resolved.
