The Autodesk Gallery at One Market in San Francisco celebrates design — the process of taking a great idea and turning it into a reality. With about 60 different exhibits regularly on display that showcase the innovative work of Autodesk customers, the gallery illustrates the role technology plays in great design and engineering.
The Autodesk Gallery has been imagined, designed, and made as a combination of experiences:
-
THINK
Autodesk makes software for people who make things. If you've ever driven a high-performance car, admired a towering skyscraper, used a smartphone, or watched a great film, chances are you've experienced what millions of Autodesk customers are doing with our software. Autodesk gives you the power to make anything.
-
FEEL
The Autodesk Foundation supports the people and organizations using design for positive social and environmental impact. We support the design and creation of innovative solutions to the world's most pressing social and environmental challenges.
-
DO
In addition to looking and learning, there are actions visitors can take to remember their visits.
With regard to DO, there are some exhibits where you can capture your experience:
-
Selfie Wall
A picture is worth 1,000 words so you can prove to your friends that you were at the gallery as well as keep a remembrance for yourself. Just stand in front of the wall and snap a picture with your mobile phone. -
Pick a Postcard
"Am having a wonderful time at the Autodesk Gallery. Wish you were here..." You can grab a card, fill it out with a personal message, and drop it in the wooden mailbox that is part of the exhibit. No stamp required. We'll mail it for you. -
Gallery Survey
We welcome your feedback. Use the iPad that's part of the exhibit to share your thoughts, comments, questions, suggestions, and criticisms. We accept the good, the bad, and even the ugly. Actually, to date, we haven't gotten any ugly comments. Feedback will help us improve the gallery experience.
Thanks to those who visit to think, feel, and do.
