Project Commuter for InfraWorks graduates from Autodesk Labs

Project Commuter for InfraWorks was our technology preview of simulation software for analysis and visualization that modeled people traveling from one place to another. Each person may be driving, walking, cycling, or riding as a passenger on a train, bus, or taxi. Project Commuter was used for transport analysis — modeling all modes of transport, or it was used for pedestrian-only analysis in urban spaces — both inside and outside buildings. Each person was modeled for a whole trip, through all modes.

Project Commuter for InfraWorks was available until March 31, 2015 at which time the Project Commuter technology preview ceased to operate. Thanks to everyone who participated in the technology preview. The plan is for the technology to graduate to a future version of InfraWorks and InfraWork 360.
