For years Autodesk has had its clean technology program. The Autodesk Cleantech Partner Program provides qualified companies with access to up to $150,000 worth of Digital Prototyping software for free.
Recently we announced that our software would be available for free for educational institutions. Originally it was free to just the students. Now the faculty are included as well.
I recently learned that we also have a program for non-profits. I knew about the first two, but this was news to me which is why I am blogging about it today. Maybe you didn't know either?
The Autodesk Technology Impact Program donates software to nonprofits that use design to solve epic challenges. Autodesk supports these organizations by granting up to 2 licenses for only $30 per license.
Thanks to everybody who uses our software and makes these programs possible.
Philanthropy is alive in the lab.
