On February 14th we updated the Project Khan technology preview. Recall that Project Khan is a free experiment in desktop application cloud augmentation. You use Maya on your desktop but can offload asset optimization to the cloud and bring the results right back into Maya. Think of hybrid solutions like Steve Austin, the $6M Man: part man/part machine.

Don't you hate it when you are working on a Revit model, and your animation of a dinosaur walking through the building renders too slowly because the dinosaur has too many polygon faces?
