As part of Autodesk's continuing work in education, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) hosted 10 interns this summer. Our 10 worked with another intern hosted by the Design, Lifecycle, & Simulation (DLS) group. On Thursday we had our "Intern Showcase" where each intern presented his/her project and shared what he/she learned. Since OCTO has offices in Toronto and San Francisco, we held the showcase in our Telepresence video conferencing rooms. We even had one intern stationed at Singularity University at Moffett Field.
Here are photographic highlights from their presentations.

The showcase was great. To quote VP of Corporate Strategy & Engagement, Jon Pittman: "I just wanted to thank each of our interns for doing such a good job showing off your projects today. It was very impressive to see the work you all have done, and I was particularly gratified to see the range of projects we are undertaking in the Office of the CTO. Thanks for all of your hard work. We really appreciate your dedication, creativity, enthusiasm."
Thanks to University Recruiting Program Manager, Jenny Diani, for helping us hire our interns. Thanks to Executive Assistant, Tim Eischens, for organizing the showcase. "Hi ho. Hi ho. It's back to school we go."
Show and tell is alive in the lab.
