The technology preview of Feature Recognition for Invemtor converted neutral 3D CAD models, such as STEP, SAT, or IGES solids, into full-featured Inventor models. Feature mapping could be executed automatically or interactively as needed to maintain design intent.

The team has plans to make a non-expiring version available in the Autodesk Subscription Center, but an agreed upon date has not yet been set. I will update the Labs site, blog about it, and email those who downloaded the technology preview when the technology is available in Subscription Center.
If Labs is high school, and Subscription Center is college, matriculation will be alive in the lab.
