Got a Project Chronicle question? Ask Ruslana Steininger.
Project Chronicle is our free technology preview where we look at ways of improving video tutorials. After all, videos are the new textbooks. With Project Chronicle, you can record an AutoCAD or Revit session with screen shots and voice narration, just like normal, but Project Chroicle also automatically captures metadata (e.g., commands, dialog boxes, and settings) as part of the process. You share your chronicle with other users via the web. They can watch your training sessions with traditional play and pause, but they can also search the metadata to locate topics of interest. The team is looking for feedback on how the metadata enhances the learning experience.
You can get started yourself with Project Chronicle by downloading it today.
