Corridor Solids for AutoCAD Civil 3D provides functionality to create AutoCAD solids from AutoCAD Civil 3D Subassembly shapes that are contained in an AutoCAD Civil 3D Corridor Model. By creating solids from subassembly shapes, representative real-world objects such as tunnels, retaining walls, and pavement layers can be easily used for visual analysis, design verification, and construction coordination.
For users who have already downloaded the technology preview for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012, the technology preview will operate until August 1, 2012. For new users, or users who wish to make the change before the expiration, the technology is available as an add-on for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 in the Autodesk Subscription Center:
