Updated free technology preview of River Analysis Extension for AutoCAD Civil 3D / AutoCAD Map 3D Now Available

On Monday I updated the free technology preview for the River Analysis Extension for AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD Map 3D.

Product Manager, Mathews Mathai, let me know that this update contains the following:

• The time-bomb date has been extended to December 31, 2012.

• The issue where 64-bit Civil 3D 2012/Map 3D 2012 users receive a “RAS error message: Error starting process: Steady File not found.” error has been resolved.

• The issue where River Analysis icons are not placed on the desktop on non-US English language versions was fixed by an installer correction.
