Many of you may recall Project Krypton when it was a technology preview available on Autodesk Labs. The Project Krypton Technology Preview provided early stage design advice to plastic part designers. Integrated into the Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Inventor LT, SolidWorks, and Pro/ENGINEER environments, this add-on provided real-time feedback on a plastic part's manufacturability, cost efficiency, and the environmental impact of the selected material. The technology preview ended on March 25 of this year.
User Experience Designer, Tim Eichler, let me know that Autodesk Moldflow Project Argon will soon be available on http://beta.autodesk.com/. He even provided me with a video that I posted to the Autodesk YouTube channel.
For those without YouTube access, you can right click, and use Save Target As, to download the video using Internet Explorer. So if you were a Project Krypton user, you may wish to check out Project Argon.
