Dr. Lundberg has a cure for what ails ya.
Project Nitrous is our technology preview of a simple sharing service that is geared around the individual instead of large project teams. You can read more about it on the Autodesk Labs site:

Instead of using the standard Autodesk discussion forums, the Project Nitrous team is experimenting with GetSatisfaction. (I can't help but think of the Rolling Stones song, "Satisfaction" every time I type that.) The Project Bluestreak team is also using GetSatisfaction. Project Neon is too. It's all the rage.
One of the issues that has popped up over in the Project Neon GetSatisfaction forum is that Project Neon can sometimes return an authentication error when trying to use the Project Neon rendering service on a file that has been uploaded by the Revit add-on.
Project Neon is our technology preview of rendering using the Autodesk cloud. You can read more about Project Neon on Autodesk Labs too.
Project Neon rendering on Autodesk Labs
Senior Product Manager, Allister Lundberg, shared what the team learned while investigating the issue and recommended a solution. It is important that you log in consistently when using Autodesk services. If you get the authentication error message from Project Neon:
- Log out of both Revit and also Project Neon.
- Clear your browser's cache completely.
- Log in to Project Neon first.
- Log in to Revit second.
When you log in to Project Neon and then Revit, be sure to use the exact same login for both of these. If you log in using your email for Project Neon, use the same email when you log in to Revit. If you instead choose to log in using your Autodesk ID in Project Neon, then you need to login to Revit using the same Autodesk ID.
Thanks Allister.
Sharing outside of the forums to widen the audience is alive in the lab.
