Download Mesh Enabler for Inventor technology preview via Autodesk Labs
This technology preview allows you to import "dumb" files and convert the data to "intelligent" Inventor base features. For this preview, the original installer remains unchanged. The technology preview has been extended with the added installer.

Actually to keep things simple, you download one zip file and then simply extract and run the installer that mates with your version of Inventor. We would love your feedback on the user interface and usability of working with meshes at [email protected] or the Inventor Mesh Enabler discussion forum.
