These two forums are like discussion forums but are specifically designed so that employees and users can interact to provide support. Many of the best tips, tricks, and workarounds come from other users. As such, here is where a sense of community can be very quite helpful. In 1965 when the Rolling Stones released their hit, such online communities did not exist.
