The Civil team in Product Support is happy to announce that they are now hosting Being Civil (http://beingcivil.typepad.com). PS Specialists, Brian Kling, Jason Hickey, and Justin Ziemba will be regular contributors.
This blog will complement some of the other Autodesk blogs by providing a “Voice of the Customer” perspective on the thousands of customer cases they see annually. It is an opportunity to inform on issues before users experience them, offer deeper explanations using various media, provide another conduit for timely sharing of information. According to Brian, they also intend to spice it up with occasional interviews and interactive tools/polls to encourage communication.
