Autodesk Labs provides a forum for sharing new technologies and engaging directly with customers to drive innovation. Prior to joining Autodesk, Douglas received his Master of Design Methods from the Institute of Design and also worked for Doblin, Inc., an innovation strategy consulting firm in Chicago. He also practiced as a licensed professional architect for over twenty years in Upstate New York. Session at this year’s AU - We’d love to get a chance to share with you firsthand some of how we do things at Autodesk LABS, from research to technology explorations. Join us at our presentation sessions—see you in Vegas! Most memorable Autodesk conference moment - Participating with Tony Peach in interviews with almost twenty journalists and members of industry media in just two days at AU at the initial launch of Autodesk Design Review. We didn't even have a separate room - we just set ourselves up on a comfy sofa in one of the lobby areas. Lots of fun. Favorite part of AU - We love getting a chance to meet new and unexpected people at AU, whether it’s sitting on the bus to the show or sitting down at lunch and chatting with folks at the table.
