Is this what you see? If you are a Firefox user, this might have been what you saw when you visited the Autodesk Labs web site. Sometimes I would. Sometimes I wouldn't. It was very sporadic. I saw the problem on two different systems. The // Take a Look and >> Next hyperlinks were inactive. Our web team could not reproduce the problem. This bothered us for quite a while.
The other day, Project Manager, Eric Wright, determined the cause of the problem. According to Adobe, anyone who installed Flash 8.0 prior to April 2006 (that would be me) will need to uninstall if they experience this error. See the Adobe knowledge base article for steps on how to do this:
I downloaded the uninstaller, ran it, downloaded the installer, reinstalled Flash as well as its associated ActiveX Control, and now both Internet Explorer and Firefox work correctly with the Autodesk Labs site. Now this is what I see:
