Content Search Alpha is our overall Autodesk framework for aggregating design content in a searchable way. It leverages the richness of design data that separates it from traditional forms of information sharing such as images. Visual Search is a technology prototype where people can search for content independent of the metadata that is integral to the design process. Visual Search is based on shape.
An updated version of Visual Search is now available on Autodesk Labs. The following improvements have been made in this new version:
- Added cluster view as an option to view search results
- Included a number of minor defect corrections.
