As I mentioned in a previous blog posting, in addition to providing a world-class educational opportunity, we want to continue to emphasize three additional things for our employees at AU:
- CUSTOMER CONTACT
- CONNECT CUSTOMERS TO THE RIGHT PARTS OF AUTODESK
- COMMUNICATE THE EXPERIENCE
So don't be surprised if you are attending AU, and an employee introduces himself/herself, suggests you use the AU mobile app to Ask Us Anything, or takes a picture to post to Facebook, Twitter, or Socialcam. I think our communications team came up with a great infographic.
As at any AU, customer engagement is alive in the lab.
