Project Snap Graduates into AutoCAD 2012

Finding your data is as easy as snapping your fingers.

The vision for Project Snap is for you to be able to find all of your design content regardless of where it lies. As a step in this direction, the initial technology preview on Labs was to try this for AutoCAD (as compared to all applications in our suites) for local drives (as compared to other locations like network drives or the internet). This approach allowed us to get feedback on the concept as well as the UI.
