In addition to our core team in San Rafael, we are pleased to announce that Autodesk Labs is growing under the direction of Zhiguo "Richard" Lu at our Autodesk China Research and Development center (ACRD) in Shanghai. Richard joined the ACRD in May 2007. In addition to managing development efforts for other parts of Autodesk, he is responsible for managing the ACRD Labs software development team. Additional Labs developers include:
- Guilin "Sydney" Xu joined the Autodesk Labs ACRD team in November 2007 for Project Freewheel. Before joining Labs, he worked on the DWF Publishing team for several months.
- Yuanfei "Tony" Xu also joined the Autodesk Labs ACRD team in November 2007 for Project Freewheel. Before coming to Autodesk, he had worked in WLC department of Microsoft for two years.
- Changwen "Garfield" Yin came to the Autodesk Labs ACRD team in December 2007. He too is working on Project Freewheel.
