Autodesk Inventor LT Technology Preview Now Extends to Australia and New Zealand
To date the Autodesk Inventor LT Technology Preview had been limited to the United States and Canada. To ensure that the participants had the best possible experience, we wanted to make sure we didn't get more feedback than we could handle. As I mentioned in the Autodesk Inventor discussion forum, Autodesk Labs is all about feedback, and we didn't want participants' feedback to appear to enter a black hole.
We are happy to announce that we are now able to expand the technology preview to include Australia and New Zealand. Australia has 20 million people - about the same number as the state of New York. New Zealand has about 4 million - about the same number as the province of British Columbia. We hope to expand to even more geographies in the future. So we welcome our new participants and ask those in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States to work with the Autodesk Inventor LT Technology Preview and tell us what you think: labs.inventorlt@autodesk.com.
Providing opportunities for more feedback in the mechanical industry is alive in the lab.

And still no Poland on list ;-(
Can you send me private beta? ;-)

At this time the installer for the Autodesk Inventor LT Technology Preview checks for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States. So even if I was allowed to send you a private beta, it would not install. :-)

There will be a way to request a DVD.

Right now the DVDs for Australia and New Zealand are temporarily unavailable. I will post a message on the blog when they become available. So hang on to the email message you received that contains your serial number. You will need that.

Hi,
When I run the setup the programme stops with an error message stating it cannot find the end user agreement. Can you advise any fix for this?

You should change your regional setting to English(United States)

As a workaround, you can change your OS settings to the United States temporarily. Doing so will allow the installer to find the end user agreement for the US. An updated AILT.zip was placed on the site on November 21 so only people in Australia and New Zealand who have downloaded BEFORE that date need to use this workaround. Alternatively these users can download the updated installer and insatll without temporarily changing their OS to the US.

I am unable to install Inventor LT. It cannot find "InventorRegUtils.dll" but I do have the file. What is the problem and how do I fix it?
Also, was I supposed to recive an email with a code?

Please send me a disc for this - for some reason it will not load for me even though I have the files all on my conputor. Maybe a disc will be better for me.

I know the Australia/New Zealand DVDs are in the works. I have passed your note onto the Inventor LT team. Thanks for the feedback via this blog. It lets me know people are reading it.
