Autodesk Civil 3D: A customer pleasing process

In December 2006, Autodesk had an all hands meeting. The meeting included a mix of internal and external speakers. One of the presentations included a rap song written and performed by Autodesk employees. They were the winners of our mock American Idol contest called Autodesk Idol. It is a well known show business term that it's not good to follow children or dog acts. The same can be said for home grown rap. Despite this, Willie Campbell of Psomas did a great job sharing his experiences using Autodesk Civil 3D.

Psomas is a leading consulting engineering firm specializing in the land development, water, and transportation markets. Ranked as one of Engineering News Record’s Top 100 Engineering Firms in the U.S., they offer services in Water and Wastewater, Transportation, Land Development, Planning and Entitlements, Natural Resources, Surveying and Mapping, Geographic Information Systems, Program/Construction Management and Special District Financing to public and private sector clients.

Willie's presentation shows you how to go from this:

Check it out. Developing 3D technology that leads to enthusiastic customer testimonials is alive in the lab.
